Mike McMartin, Designer

B.L.A., M.I.P.D.

Mike first earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Guelph, Ontario. He then went on to study design at the Academia Italiana di Arte-Moda-Design, in Florence, Italy, graduating with a Masters of Interior and Product design in 2005. He joined The Element Group in 2006 and has been in charge of day-to-day design development, documentation and computer aided design work.

Nevena Krilic, Designer

B.E.S, M. Arch.

Nevena received her Bachelors degree in Environmental studies from the University of Waterloo in 2001. She continued her studies at Waterloo and in 2005, graduated with a Masters degree in Architecture. For the past year, Nevena has been actively involved with The Element Group in research, space planning, equipment and furniture planning.

Sandra Cohen, Director of Marketing

Sandra spearheads The Element Group's data collection; customer needs research, furniture and equipment inventory and the resolution of client requests. She works closely with Olga Mihailovich in shaping the direction of the firm's marketing materials as well.
